A patient spirit listens before speaking. It clothes itself in compassion even in the hardest seasons.
Before responding to any difficult conversation this week — pause. Ask God for a patient heart before you speak.
Wednesday
Patience is not just waiting for circumstances to change. It is allowing God to change you in the middle of them.
What person or situation is testing your patience right now — and what is God trying to grow in you through it?
Friday
Father, clothe me in patience and compassion. Where I have been quick to react — teach me to be slow and steady. Amen.
This weekend — extend patience to someone who has been difficult. Not because they deserve it. Because God has extended the same to you.
