Monday
When we bring our anxieties to God in prayer, He replaces our worry with a peace that surpasses all understanding.
Each time an anxious thought surfaces this week, stop and pray it out loud — hand it to God in the moment rather than carrying it through the day.
Wednesday
Prayer is not our last resort — it is the first place we bring every burden, knowing God is faithful to carry what we cannot.
What anxiety have you been carrying this week that you haven't fully handed over to God in prayer?
Friday
Father, I lay every worry at Your feet today. Thank You that You are not overwhelmed by what overwhelms me. Guard my heart and mind this weekend. Amen.
This weekend, every time an anxious thought arises, turn it into a prayer — even just one sentence to God is enough.
- Did you find yourself worrying more or praying more this week? What does that reveal?
- What specific burden did you bring to God in prayer, and did you feel His peace afterward?
- How will you practice casting your cares on God this weekend before Monday's new word arrives?
